You can either sell the ingot raw, it fetches a price of anywhere from 1,000g to 2,500g, or you can turn the ingot in for the plans of the Sulfuron Hammer.
What are these rare drops? For one, there is a boss inside of Molten Core that has a chance to drop a Sulfuron Ingot. This ingot is used to make the epic hammer,WOW Gold Instant, Sulfuron Hammer, which is used to craft the legendary mace, Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros.
One drop of a rare item can score you anywhere from 2500-5000g, and the best part is, this place is cake to solo at 85, it was even cake to solo at 80, it's so much easier to do it now.
