There are different quests for each level, so if you are level 10 and are in a level 20 zone, you either should get out of harms way or party up with some higher levels.
When you insert the first CD into your drive to install the game, you notice it takes a while. This is a 5 GB game, that uses a lot of computer power. If you don't have a high end computer, don't even bother getting this game.
