Obliterate is once again the way to go in PVE, with Howling Blast regulated to Rime procs. Unfortunately, Obliterate is once again lower damage.
Enchanting elements is always selling for fairly a whole whole lot at the Auction House, and people are energy leveling their professions now with the Cataclysm expansion, so the need is really high.Making Gold With Grays.
Recently the nerf makes the former competitive Howling Blast spam rotation pretty much useless. Howling Blast received an 8% nerf to damage, while Obliterate got that 10% nerf.
